At the Fair
The Meteorite King makes a splash at every street fair he attends.
This is undoubtedly do in part to his vivacious personality -- and of
course the huge increase in public interest on the topic of
meteorites.
Meteorites just might be the new Cabbage Patch doll. Everyone seems to
want one. You'll notice the crowd (on the right) gathering to hear another of the Meteorite King's impromptu lectures on his favorite topic -- why meteorites, of course.
Meteorites are a never ending source of fascination to folks, as becomes apparent almost instantly when you begin talking. Holding a rock from space is not your everyday occurance.
Kids seem to get a special thrill from hearing about meteorites. This
is a real hands on event -- we let the little guys test the weight of
irons and stony meteorites to get a real "feel" for the difference.
Holding a "shooting star" is a special treat they are sure to remember. And with our kid's special collector prices they can all afford to take one home.
